Family Bundling

Plan Guidelines
- Benefits valid for 1 year, no rollovers
- Annual payments are non-refundable
- Not compatible with outside financing or dental insurance plans
- 10% of yearly membership discount for referring new members (outside of family)
- A one-time fee of $50/person required to register
