Meet Our Hygienists
Anita – Dental Hygienist
Anita has worked as a Dental Hygienist for Dr. Standish since April of 1990. Her hobbies include Historical Re-enacting and volunteering for the State and National Park Service.
“I attended Dental Hygiene School at FCCJ and graduated in 1982. I began learning about dentistry in 1976. It is a wonderful profession especially when we can give people beautiful smiles. Dr. Standish can certainly create this for you.”
Janie – Dental Hygienist
Janie joined Dr. Standish and his team in May 2006. She graduated from Armstrong State College with dual degrees in Dental Hygiene and Nutrition. Following graduation she practiced in Georgia and South Carolina. She has spent the last 17 years in Orange Park. Her first love is, of course, dentistry. She also enjoys scuba diving, fishing, gardening, and playing with her dogs. Janie and her husband love to travel and have had the opportunity to visit many places around the world.
Erin – Dental Hygienist
Erin joined the Eagle Harbor Dental team in January 2014. She received her Dental Hygiene degree from Florida State College of Jacksonville in 2008 and is certified to administer local anesthesia. She is passionate about helping patients obtain their perfect smile and a healthy mouth. Erin is happily married with two children. She enjoys time with her family, traveling, and loves doing anything active outdoors.

Heather – Dental Hygienist
Heather is a Registered Dental Hygienist, certified to administer local anesthesia, who started her dental career as a dental assistant which in high school. She now has over 20 years of dental experience. She has worked in several specialty practices including Periodontology, Pediatric Dentistry, and General Dentistry. In her spare time, she enjoys running, swimming, and boating. She also loves spending time with her husband Donny, daughter Chloe, and two sons Bradley and Landen.
