Patients opt in to receive appointment-related text messages by providing verbal consent when giving their contact information to Eagle Harbor Dentist staff over the phone or in person while scheduling an appointment or managing appointment logistics.

Eagle Harbor Dentist does not obtain SMS consent through the website.
